GENERAL TERMS OF SALES

Our sales are concluded in Paris take away "cash and carry", paid in euro; or according to prior agreement paying in exchange values. These sales are conditioned by the following rules of exchange, accepted without reservation.

The increment of expenses of manufature (37% on the stainless steel, 35% on bottles), surcharges of SUPPLEMENTARY SOCIAL SECURITY CONTRIBUTION "paid 35h 39", 50% increment on the air transport. Order for delivery please ask how much for total payment, once we get the payment we’ll dispatch the order.

1/ ORDER: By FAX—please copy the order form which is attached in our catalogue, clearly note your name, address, telephone number, mean of payment , reference number and the quantity which you want to order; then fax the order form to us, we’ll reply a quote ( which is valid in 15 days ) to you as soon as we can.

You can also note all details place an order by MAIL, E-MAIL, TELEPHONE or through our WEBSITE ONLINE ORDER system to pay directly by credit card.

Waitting for our reply to get the total payment exactly then: Filling out DIRECT-DEBIT FORM (wich is attached in our catalogue) completely with your signature, return it with your ID copy to us by fax or e mail. The other means of payment which you can find in our catalogue. TAX for EC, in order to benefit from the FRENCH EX VAT, the purchaser has to give to us an official written proof.

3/ EXPEDITION: According to the law N° 80-335 of May 12th 1980, JET FRANCE Cy is the owner of the sold goods until the day that the payment has been paid by purchaser.

JET FRANCE Cy is responsible for shipping goods by clients’ decision in a good condition with the necessary document for the Customs; and checking the trace of package has been sent.

4/ THE GUARANTEE OF EXPEDITION: Assuring the package has been delivered in a perfect good condition (nothing damaged during transportation), problem of loss, leak out of liquid etc…, we charge the insurance of expedition 2.5% of sum ttc with a minimum of 6 € for all orders. Cheking the package when it has arrived in front of the transporter is absoulutely necessary, if something goes wrong, should note it on the form of transportation which with the transporter, then return this form by registered letter within 3 days to the forwarder and JET FRANCE Cy .

5/ THE GUARANTEE FOR THE MATERIELS: The guarantee of supplier for all sterile products and other products covered by tin paper are guaranteed before open. For the others products such as sealer machines, thermal or vaporize sterilization machines, the guarantee of manufacture from the day sold out which noted on the invoice until 2 years.

For all returned merchandise either for repairing or exchanging must have the agreement by written of JET France Cy; and for avoiding to pay tax, returned should attach orginal invoice with a letter to explain the return reason. Except for the defects of fabrication or mistake of JET France Cy, the INK, PIGMENT, NEEDLES and all STERILE MATERIAL (disposable) can neither be returned nor exchangable.

All the discussions about the general terms of sale are suitable to direct appeal to COURT of PARIS.
